Classes & Sessions

Payments for classes, courses and workshops are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, I’m unable to offer a refund.
Cancellations by Me

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a class or session, you will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future class, whichever you prefer.
Missed Classes

Refunds or credits cannot be given for missed classes due to illness, holidays or other personal circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, please contact me and I will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
